Yes, I do know that games are impossible at this moment, and Rockbox may not be out for a while, but I think maybe this community could start brainstorming for games. In that case, Rockbox does come out, we point developers in the direction of our little community here, and they get to see what the people want, as well as host their downloads here!
Some of my suggestions:
Helicopter Game - helicoptergame.net ^Simple game, most likely easy to make. Perfect game for a portable, you only need one button! It is also very addicting.
Pong, Snake, etc - Those classic games that people know and love that would be great.
